Be Heaven Projects serves the community of Fredericksburg and Stafford through practical outreach, resource connection, evangelism, and community partnerships. Our outreach is designed to meet tangible needs. build relationships, share the gospel, and demonstrate the love of Christ in practical ways.
Community Food Distribution with CAF Connector Network
Project Be Heaven works with CAF Connector Network to distribute food to the community approximately once every three months. Through this distribution, Be Heaven helps address food insecurity, provides practical resources to individuals and families, creates opportunities for community engagement, and builds relationships with the people it serves.
Backpack Distribution with Stafford County Public Schools
Each year, Project Be Heaven partners with Stafford County Public Schools for backpack distribution. Volunteers help pack and distribute backpacks and school supplies for students attending local elementary, middle, and high schools. This outreach helps families prepare their children for the school year while strengthening the church 's relationship with the local community.
Annual Coat Drive
Each November, Project Be Heaven hosts an annual cost drive and partners with ACTS Domestic Violence Services to provide coats and support to individuals and families in need, including those affected by domestic violence.
Angel Tree Outreach
During the Christmas season, Project Be Heaven partners with Stafford County Public Schools through its Angel Tree outreach to purchase Christmas gifts for children and families who are less fortunate or experiencing financial instability. The outreach provides practical support while demonstrating generosity, care, and the love of Christ.
Juvenile Detention Outreach
Project Be Heaven is preparing to expand its outreach into local juvenile detention centers. Be Heaven Project would love to create a pathway towards greater stability when they are released back into society and to provide a welcoming church they can visit and become connected to after release. Through that connection are goal is for young people to receive spiritual support. mentorship, discipleship, resources, relationship, and community as they transition back into society.
Be Heaven Thrifts
Be Heaven Thrifts is an affordable community thrift store where items are priced $5 and under. Our thrift store is one of the ways Be Heaven Church gives back to the community and open its doors for community engagement.
Food Pantry
We are currently developing a food pantry partnership with the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank. This will provide another avenue for the church to respond food insecurity, meet practical needs, and serve individuals and families within the community.
Toys for Tots
Every holiday season, Be Heaven Church partners with toys for tots to bring Christmas cheer to the families who are in less fortunate positions and provide gifts for children ages 0-12.
